Wisconsin’s temperature has remained the same for the last 25 years according to NOAA. And the maximum average temperature has decreased -0.1° per decade. This decline was offset by minimum average temperature increase by the same amount.
Summers are a fraction less warm and winters are a fraction less cold over the last 25 years.
Where is global warming when you need it?
